Quilted Coralene Vase

This beautifully colored, quilted glass vase is decorated with coralene flowers and butterflies characteristic of the maker, noted English glassmaker Thomas Webb. The coloring of the vase fades from a dark near-red at the neck to a light pink at the base. It is acid marked Thomas Webb and Sons and was manufactured by the same around the turn of the 20th century.
