Nine-Patch Block

This quilt has nine-patch blocks set alternately with squares of a single pink print. The nine-patch blocks are purposefully made with the center square and one of the corner squares of pink fabrics. The blocks are then arranged so that diagonal lines of pink march across the quilt. All is surrounded by a border of the print used in the setting squares. Circa 1930.
